3. Shipping and Returns

  • Shipping: We offer tracked next day delivery only.

4. Rental Services

  • Rental Period: The rental period is specified at the time of order. Items must be returned by the end of this period.
  • Condition of Items: Rented items must be returned in good condition. If an item is damaged beyond repair, lost, or stolen, or if repair costs exceed £50, E.T.Wigs reserves the right to charge you the full estimated Replacement Value of the item.
  • Security Deposit: You may be required to have a Security Deposit authorised on your card if specified by the Lender.

5. Product Care

  • Sanitisation: All wigs undergo a stringent cleaning and sanitisation process. There is no need for you to clean the rental item; this is included in the rental price.
  • Alterations: Our wigs are ready to wear. You may make additional changes but avoid cutting, colouring, or chemically altering the hair’s texture. If you have any questions, please contact us at hello@etwigs.co.uk.

6. Use of Website

  • Content: All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of E.T.Wigs or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.
