Delivery Info

Pre-order Deliveries Information

Pre-orders are items currently not in stock but are specially ordered for you. For custom or pre-order items, delivery is charged per item, and each product listing will provide estimated arrival times (usually 10-21 working days), since these are made to order regardless of your shipping preference. Once your items are ready, we will use your chosen shipping method.

We dispatch orders from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

  • Please remember to specify your cap size in the notes during checkout; otherwise, a medium will be the default size selected.
  • For in-stock products, shipping takes place the next working day or within 3-5 working days.
  • International orders require 10-12 working days for delivery.
  • For pre-ordered items, anticipate 10-21 working days before your order is shipped, followed by a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
