Bundles/Frontals/Wigs 

Once your order for bundles, frontals, and closures is placed, it will be processed within 24-48 hours. You will receive a confirmation email from us within this time period. For UK orders, please allow 9-12 working days for delivery. For international orders within the EU and worldwide orders outside of the EU, please allow 10-14 working days for delivery.

Please note that the mentioned working days do not include public holidays. Kindly keep this in mind when placing your order. Processing of orders may be affected by holidays, so please take this into account. Orders placed on weekends will begin processing on the following Monday. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. This tracking number will provide you with an estimated delivery time and allow you to track the progress of your order. Please be aware that E.T.Wigs does not assume responsibility for any shipping delays, as it is beyond our control once the package is sent out. Therefore, we recommend placing orders in advance to avoid any disappointment. E.T.Wigs will not be liable for delayed shipments, and shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
